Attended a great workshop yesterday on Short Sales with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Lots of information was given on how the process is being streamlined.

Both are making a great effort on outreach to homeowners who are upside down on their mortgage and want to sell their property via a short sale.

Every effort is being made to facilitate a short sale. To find out if it makes sense for you to consider a short sale, please contact me today.
